DISCLAIMER: We do not perform treatments or wax anyone on Retinols, Retin-A (Tretinoin), Accutane, steroids or other medications that exfoliates or thins the skin. We do not wax anyone undergoing chemotherapy or radiation therapy. We will not treat anyone with open wounds or contraindicating medical conditions. Any information provided by your practitioner is for educational purposes only and cannot be considered medical advice. Please see your primary care for any and all conditions that may require a diagnosis. Your service provider will not to be held liable for any reactions that may occur as a result of non compliance with policies and recommended aftercare.
Scheduling & Pricing
Booking is by appointment only, you may contact the studio at (978) 675-1611 or Contact@gardenwellness.earth. All prices listed on our menu are subject to change at any time. Requests of variations and custom treatments may result in alternative pricing according to customization.
Payment
We accept all major credit cards, cash, and checks with proper identification. Returned checks are subject to a $30 service charge. Gratuities cannot be added to credit or debit card transactions. When booking services over $150, services for groups of 2 guests or more, new clients, clients with a history of cancellations, and other situations require a non-refundable deposit on the time slot or credit cards securely on file may be required at the time of booking. Clients with a history of cancellations and rescheduling are required to keep a credit card on file.
Adjustments
If needed guests have up to 48 hours after services to request an adjustment or consultation regarding the service. If you have questions or concerns after your appointment you may reach out to the studio we will get back to you as soon as possible or within business hours.
Cancellations & Late Arrivals
Please courteously allow 48 hours for rescheduling or canceling your appointments. If a service is canceled within 24 hours of the appointment time an Account Maintenance fee will be be applied in order to ensure good standing and your ability for future booking. Late arrivals of 10 minutes or more to appointments will result in an adjustment to your service or the price of your service. Late arrival of 20 minutes or more is considered a no show and will result in a charge for the time and space reserved for the treatment of $35 to the card on file or account of client. Rescheduling may be required so we may provide a quality service to you and all other clients.
